The financier bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had formulated development schemes to transform the substantial island by erecting living quarters, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
